Welcome to our Mobilitydrive plan. If your vehicle has suffered a mechanical or electrical breakdown or is booked in for a manufacturer-specified service, being without your car can disrupt work, family commitments and everyday life.
Mobilitydrive gives you access to a courtesy vehicle when you need one – helping you stay mobile while your own vehicle is unavailable.

With Mobilitydrive, you can access a courtesy car for up to four qualifying events per year.
Qualifying Events
2 × Mechanical / Electrical Breakdowns
Get a courtesy car for up to 7 days per event when your vehicle suffers a qualifying mechanical or electrical breakdown.
2 × Manufacturer-Specified Services
Get a courtesy car for up to 2 days per event when your vehicle is booked in for a qualifying manufacturer-specified service.

Vehicles must have a Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) of no more than 3,600 kg.
Choose the courtesy vehicle that suits you
Courtesy vehicles are subject to availability and are supplied according to the applicable vehicle group.
Group B – Manual, 1.3 – 1.6 Hatch.
Group E/M – Corolla Toyota Quest/Haval Jolion/VW Cross/Audi A4/ (or Similar)
Group H/J – Nissan NP300 or similar.

General Conditions & Administration
- Non-Transferable: The plan is personal and cannot be transferred to another person or vehicle.
- Operating Hours: Administrator support is available Monday to Thursday (08h00 to 16h30) and Fridays (08h00 to 16h00, excluding weekends and public holidays.
